Cooling Pad& Fan System

Work Principle:

The principle that water evaporation cools the air is introduced to the system and has widely used in the world. The air inside is drawn out by the fan, resulting in  negative press; the hot and dry air becomes cool after passing the Cooling pad. The cool air then absorbs the heat inside and then drawn out by the fan. The temperature is at last reduced.

The cooling system includes Cooling pad, frame work and water recycling system, etc.

Features:

1-Uses the new material and the spatial crossing linking technology, high absorbability, high water resistant, anti-mildew and long service life.

2- Large evaporation area, cooling efficiency as high as 80%.

3-The product involves surface active agent, absorb water naturally, fast speed of pervasion, lasting effectiveness. A piece of water can diffuse in 4-5 seconds. Height of absorb water:  60-70 mm/5 seconds, 200mm/1.5 hours, can achieve international standard.

4-Variety size of shape: Galvanized sheet, Stainless steel, Aluminum panel and so on,   satisfy the needs of customers.

5-The product does not contain phenol which is irritant to the skin and the like chemical products. It is harmless while installation and using. It is safe, energy saving, environmental protective, economic and durable.

Installation and maintenance notice for cooling system in greenhouse application.

1)System application 

①Water control 

The water supply should cover the pad equally and trickle along the corrugated sheets. The water control can be realized by adjusting the valve. 

②Quality control 

Keep the water resource clean. The PH value should be between 6 – 9 and the electric conductance should be less than 1000 micro-ohm. 

Clean the pool and water recycling system regularly to assure the cleanness of water supply system. (Usually once a week) 

To maintain the good quality of the water supply to prevent alga and other microbe from spreading ,two measures can be adopted: put in 3-5ppm Chlorine or Bromine for short time treatment, or 1ppm for continuous processing. 

③Leaking treatment 

Check whether water is over supply, pad is damaged, dilapidated on the edge or leaking at the connection. Using silicon glue to plug after water supply is stopped.
